Features
This model conveyor belt, sometimes called chocolate enrober conveyor belt or coating conveyor belt, is usually made of hard, high carbon stainless steel material. The most preferred areas are chocolate coating lines, sugar-coating lines, meat/chicken (deli) product frying, cooking and cooling lines. In addition, this conveyor belt is used in fiber, textile and packaging (shrink) sectors as well as phyllo pastry, pizza and pita cooking lines are frequently preferred. There are two types: single and double locked finish. This model is also preferred by decorative architects.
Types: Rod Network Conveyor Belt
TBYA
TBYA belt is standard rod network belt with single end loop. Its simple design allows reliably to transport small products with small transfer radii, also allows easy maintenance and repair. Its open mesh structure makes the belt highly permeable to heat, air and liquid and also hygienic.
TBYE
TBYE belt is standard rod network belt with double end loop providing more egde support and drive convenience. Its simple design allows reliably to transport small products with small transfer radii, also allows easy maintenance and repair. Its open mesh structure makes the belt highly permeable to heat, air and liquid.
TBYAR1
TBYAR1 belts are uniquely designed with wire peaks and hollows to ensure best transport capacity and product balance.
TBYA1D1G
TBYA1D1G belt is more durable and balanced belt than TBYA due to its increased amount of joints ( channels ). This structure allows superior weigth distribution across the belt so it provides less wire tension and more life time.

MATERIALS
AISI 302/304:It is used in the temperature range of -50°C - +250°C in processes that require normal corrosion resistance and temperature. It is preferred in areas such as meat-fish processing, chocolate coating lines etc.. It can be produced in wire thicknesses of 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8, 2.0, 2.3, 2.5, 3.0 mm.
AISI 316: It is used in processes that require high corrosion resistance due to salty or acidic environment. Commonly preferred in salt coating lines, fruit processing lines, fertilizer processing lines. It can be produced in wire thicknesses of 1.0, 1.2, 1.5 mm. Excellent food grade compliance.
EN 10270-1 (Piano wire):This material is used when little to no corrosion resistance is required. It is preferred in chocolate coating lines. It can be produced in wire thicknesses of 1.0, 1.2, 1.5 mm.
Since all materials are of a bright structure and have a smooth surface, they do not stick to the carried product
